2023 Second Assist $50,000 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Recipient
Flin Flon Minor Hockey Association — Flin Flon, Manitoba

Although small, Flin Flon Minor Hockey already serves many communities in both Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
With this $50,000 grant they will expand outreach within their Indigenous and new Canadian communities, develop programming specifically adapted for kids with physical or neurological challenges, increase their female hockey programs, and provide free registration and equipment-lending to assist first-time players.
