Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities
Kruger Products Inc. (KPI) is commited to excellence. We strive to provide people with goods, services, information, communications, employment and our physical environment in a way that respects the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities.
KPI’s Accessibility Standards for Ontarians with Disabilities Policy outlines our commitment to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and meeting accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act, 2005 (AODA).
Our Customer Service Policy is intended to meet the requirements of Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Ontario Regulation 429/07.

Multi-Year Plan 2019-2023
KPI’s Multi-Year Accessibility Plan 2019-2023 outlines the steps we are taking to meet the requirements under the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR). The IASR includes accessibility standards for Information and Communications, Employment and Transportation.

Reg. 429.07, and will be used for the purpose of responding to Accessibility service feedback for persons with disabilities.
