Frequently Asked Questions

When scanning or taking a photo of your receipt/proof of purchase, please circle the product on the receipt and make sure that the product name, purchase date, store name and transaction amount are visible. If your receipt is long, you can fold it as long as all of this information remains visible. 

Photography Tips  

Perfect  
The receipt is in good condition, well- lit on a plain background and squarely orientated.  

Too Dark  
Make sure the receipt is not obscured by shadows or objects.  

Crumpled  
Make sure the receipt is not damaged and can be read easily.  

Skewed  
Make sure your receipt is not significantly tilted towards or away from the camera.  

The program is open to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of Kruger Products Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the program. 

Kruger Products Inc. (the “Sponsor”) is offering eligible Scotties®’, Cashmere®/ Purex®, Bonterra® and SpongeTowels® customers the opportunity to receive a $10.00 CDN gift card to the retailer at which your Participating Products were purchased (or prepaid Mastercard® gift card at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion) when you purchase a minimum of $25 CDN (before taxes) of Participating Products. Consumers have 7 days from date of purchase to submit their receipt for a chance to receive a $10 gift card. 

  • Visit mykrugerproducts.ca/offer.
  • Complete the form with all required information (First Name, Last Name, Email address, Phone Number, Address, City, Province and Postal Code), select the Participating Retailer where purchases of Participating Products were made, upload your receipt following the on-screen instructions and prompts, confirm you have reached the age of majority in your providence or territory of residence, and have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Select “SUBMIT RECEIPT” to submit your fully completed request. 
    Once your submission is uploaded, you will receive an SMS text to the mobile phone number provided with a unique code to complete your entry. Consumers will only receive an SMS text the first time a claim is submitted. 
  • Upon successfully entering the one-time SMS code on the entry page you will receive a message: “Thanks for submitting. We just need to review your receipt. We will email you within three days to let you know if your receipt has been approved. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folders.” 
  • If for any reason there is a problem with your submitted receipt, you will receive an e-mail that will indicate the reason why your receipt could not be processed at this time.         
  • If your receipt is determined to be valid, you will receive an e-mail confirming either (i) that your gift card will be sent via mail to the mailing address provided within six (6) to eight (8) weeks; or (ii)  that your gift card is available for redemption via the link provided in the e-mail. 

Please note that each receipt may only be used once during the period of the offer.

Once you've submitted your receipt, it will take up to 72 hours for it to be validated. You will receive an email confirming whether the receipt is valid or not within this timeframe.

Purex® bathroom tissue
SpongeTowels® paper towels
Scotties® facial tissue
Bonterra bathroom tissue, facial tissue, paper towels

Your gift card will be emailed or mailed to you within 6-8 weeks.

The offer begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 P.M. (EST). 

Consumers have 7 days from date of purchase to submit their receipt for a chance to receive a $10 gift card. 

Your digital gift card will be emailed to you with a link to access and download it. You can print your gift card or add your prepaid Mastercard to your digital wallet. Your gift card can be used in-store or online, where accepted.  
The link to access your digital gift card expires 12 months from the time your claim was validated.
