Kruger Products Refer a Friend Program – Rules and Regulations
THIS PROGRAM IS OPEN TO CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW
1. AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY RULES
By participating in the Refer-a-Friend Program (the “Program”), you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”).
2. PROGRAM PERIOD AND KEY DATES:
The Program begins on 29-09-2026, and ends on 31-12-2026 (the “Program Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY:
Program is open to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of Kruger Products Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Program (collectively, the “Program Parties”).
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
During the Program Period, eligible participants who sign up to receive marketing emails may receive a unique referral code (each, a “Referral Code”).
Participants may share their Referral Code with friends. A referral will be deemed valid (a “Successful Referral”) when the referred individual signs up for emails using the Referral Code and meets all eligibility requirements.
The Program Parties and each of their respective agents, employees, directors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible submissions or referrals (all of which are void).
A referral/request may be rejected if, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, it is not submitted and received in accordance with these Rules.
5. REFERRAL LIMIT:
There is a limit of five (5) Successful Referrals per person during the Program Period. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, you can only use one (1) email address to participate in the Program.
If it is discovered by the Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that any person has attempted to:
(i) obtain more than the stated number of rewards; and/or
(ii) use multiple names, multiple identities, multiple email addresses, any automated system(s) or program(s), and/or any other means not in keeping with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules; then he/she may be disqualified from the Program in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.
6. VERIFICATION:
All participants and referrals are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility.
Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification.
Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures etc.) or attempted transmission of any communication, does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by the Sponsor.
7. REWARDS:
Eligible participants will receive one (1) coupon with a value of $5 CAD (each, a “Reward”) for each Successful Referral. There is a maximum of five (5) Rewards per person (total value up to $25 CAD).
Rewards must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, assignable, or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion).
None of the Released Parties makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any Reward awarded in connection with the Program.
8. REWARD DELIVERY:
Rewards will be distributed via email to the referring participant following confirmation of a Successful Referral.
The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery; however, the Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered, delayed, or misdirected communications.
9. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO RELEASE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM AND YOUR PARTICIPATION THEREIN AND TO INDEMNIFY THE RELEASED PARTIES AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM, YOU ALSO AGREE THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE RULES. THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER REGARDING: (I) PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROGRAM-RELATED ACTIVITIES; (II) ANY USE, COLLECTION, STORAGE AND DISCLOSURE OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION; AND/OR (III) THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY REWARD.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The Program is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
The Sponsor reserves the right, to cancel, withdraw, amend or suspend the Program (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual deemed to be in violation of the letter and/or spirit of these Rules.
By participating in this Program, each participant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted only for the purpose of administering the Program and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at: https://mykrugerproducts.ca/privacy-policy).
11. GOVERNING LAW:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
