Step 1: Dampen 2–3 sheets of this FSC®-certified, hypoallergenic Bonterra Toilet Paper with water until moist—but not soaking.  

Step 2: Place the seeds on the Bonterra Toilet Paper, spacing them out. Cover them by folding the Bonterra Toilet Paper, ensuring the seeds are completely enclosed.  

Step 3: Place this in a plastic bag, sealing it, and store in a warm, dark area. Regularly check to keep it moist.

Step 4: Once sprouted, the seeds can be moved to soil or a seedling tray. Bonterra Toilet Paper can be gently removed from the roots to avoid any damage to the seedlings.
