V-FRANZ
PIERREFONDS, QC

Edgy and empowering. These are the qualities that have drawn attention, and customers, to the V-Franz women’s wear collection since it debuted in 2012—when this precocious Filipino-Canadian designer was still a sophomore fashion student in Montreal. His fluid, high-impact, street and sports-inspired clothes are often featured in national media such as Dress To Kill, Fiora and Clin d’oei.
No stranger to wearable sensuality, V-Franz is clearly simpatico with Cashmere Collection’s 16th Century Masquerade Ball theme. His abbreviated take on a thoroughly modern ballgown is tuxedo-collared, vivaciously petal- ed in pink-and-white BT, generously sequined and beaded. And then there’s the gala matching half-face mask, and the very see-through ribbon “skirt.” Unforgettable!
