Rodney Philpott estimates that he and his team made 2,500 to 3,000 delicate, 8-ply cherry blossoms to scatter across his enchanting Cashmere Collection Masquerade Ball gown and mask. As he explains the painstaking process, “The BT “fabric” had to be waxed, the petals punched out and then hand-stitched onto the nude- effect bodice.” We’re thrilled they took the time and effort needed to show brilliant fashion with compassion.
