JOAN KELLEY WALKER is a journalist, broadcaster and former cast member of The Real Housewives of Toronto. She’s also an avid fashionista and pragmatic philanthropist, hence the 2018 launch of her eponymous, charitable fashion brand which includes dresses, knit tops, outerwear and swimwear cover-ups. This Wilcox, Saskatchewan-born dynamo has chosen Canadian fashion legend Stephen Caras as inspiration for her Cashmere Collection 2019 creation. 

The “feeling of wearing one of Stephan Caras’ timeless, sophisticated dresses,” was the starting point for JOAN KELLEY WALKER’s Cashmere Collection design. Her imaginative finished creation called for some 250 hand- crafted BT flowers for the bodice and a peek-a-boo skirt of decorated panels descending from a dramatically cinched waist.
