Oscar Mendoza is a couture designer based in Montreal. His vision is to create contemporary limited edition looks with a strong visual impact. Through both his ready-to-wear and couture collections, Mendoza collaborates with skilled Canadian and international creatives, ateliers and artisans to create a distinctive brand identity and design aesthetic.
Garment Inspiration
Oscar’s inspiration reflects the idea that every being is a music key, playing in the symphony of life. Viewing a symphony as a sequence of harmonies, the design draws on nature and its elements as an expression of harmony and balance. Inspired by the resilience of those impacted by breast cancer, it serves as a reminder to cherish life and support the collective effort toward a future without breast cancer.
